Kathrin Freifrau von Rummel, LL.M.


Kathrin von Rummel advises national and international clients on real estate law, with the focus on commercial landlord and tenant law. She assists companies, investors and private individuals during lease negotiations, and drafts tailor-made contracts for offices, apartments, retail outlets and special-purpose real estate.

Furthermore, Kathrin von Rummel has several years of experience in providing legal support for property management of real estate portfolios. In addition, she assists clients in the acquisition of real estate, including the preparation of legal due diligence reports. Thanks to her extensive experience abroad, she can give advice to her international clients in the English language even on complex legal issues.
