Nadia Nüßgen-Ortlep advises public clients and companies on all phases of the procurement process in accordance with public procurement law. She supports clients in selecting the appropriate type of procurement and preparing the procurement documents, with a particular focus on formulating award criteria and contract terms. She also represents clients during the procurement process.

Attorney Nüßgen-Ortlep also practices construction and architectural law. She advises and represents private builders, companies, and architects in all legal matters relating to the implementation and execution of construction projects. Her practice focuses on contract drafting and review (BGB and VOB contracts), support during the construction phase, enforcement or defense of claims for remuneration, advice on fee issues (HOAI), and contractual obligations in all planning and service phases.

Finally, Nadia Nüßgen-Ortlep advises national and international clients on all matters relating to commercial tenancy law. Her main areas of expertise are the review and drafting of lease agreements and addenda. She also supports our clients in the termination of leases by drafting termination agreements that are in line with their interests or by giving notice of termination.
