Attorney-at-law Mrs. Nüßgen-Ortlep advises domestic and international clients on all issues under the law on commercial leases. Her focus is on the review and drafting of lease agreements and their amendments, in particular in the light of the stringent judicial requirements to the written form, and the validity of rent-adjustment clauses, as well as the provisions regarding maintenance and repairs. Furthermore, she supports our clients in case of the termination of lease relationships by drafting rescission or termination agreements compatible with the justified interests of the parties concerned.

In addition, she advises our clients on real-estate transactions especially in respect of the legal hedging of their development (agreements of the right of use, easements and servitudes, etc.). Her particular interest lies in access rights and pipeline easement.

Mrs. Nüßgen-Ortlep is also active in public procurement law.
